Jake Jones, in Mrs. Haynes' Second Grade won second place in the story contest. Jake Jones is not only a winning writer but a winning reader. He was the top student reader at Concord for the summer of 2009. He read 4734 (Continued...)</description>

		<title>2009 Storytelling Festival Ends</title>

		<description>Anderson County Library's Starburst Storytelling Festival ended on Thursday evening. Wright Clarkson from Charlotte was the featured teller the final night.&amp;amp;nbsp;Tim Lowry told stories Monday evening and was the featured artist-in-residence at Anderson University during the festival.
