The library promotes reading activities and encourages students to read at least 15 minutes each day. The library is open before school and after school. Wright Clarkson from Charlotte was the featured teller the final night.&amp;nbsp;Tim Lowry told stories Monday evening and was the featured artist-in-residence at Anderson University during the festival.
